What is the cost of an unhealthy diet? Optimal nutrition during pregnancy (even preconception) is the most influencing, non-genetic, factor in maternal health and your baby’s development (including a child’s growth, cognitive development, and long-term risk of developing chronic diseases). It’s never too late to work with an expert Dietitian Nutritionist to give you the tools you need to choose the best foods for your and your developing baby’s health – whether you’re trying to get pregnant, are in the midst of your pregnancy, or are healing postpartum.
Give your baby a head start to a healthy life before, during, and after pregnancy. Work with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) while pregnant to develop an achievable diet plan to ensure you get the nutrients both you and your developing baby need. With expert advice from a professional, you can also improve postpartum healing. Every single bite we take counts. Optimize fertility, prenatal, and postnatal wellness.
Our team provides evidence-based information and the dietary coaching you need to fit your and your developing baby’s needs today. We have competitive-priced packages to suit every budget and individual need. We can’t wait to work with you.
During fertility and pregnancy, a woman’s nutritional needs are so unique. We find that a minimum of three sessions are typically needed for optimal results (depending on the stage of pregnancy). That said, because of the body’s changing needs from the first trimestre to postpartum, we offer an array of discounted services, which includes access to meal plans, follow-up appointments and more. We will customize the session spacing for your needs, but the typical spacing during pregnancy is 2 – 3 weeks between sessions. Sessions must be used within 6 months.

Don’t be fooled by the name. “Nutritionist” is not a professional title. Only a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) meets rigorous academic requirements with clinical training, holding a degree from an accredited university. Our RDNs stay informed of guidelines set by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to provide our patients with expert nutrition counseling for their fertility, prenatal, and postpartum health.
