Recover quicker after birth. Support breast feeding with nutrient-rich meals. Cope with sleep deprivation, postpartum thyroiditis, postpartum depression and the baby blues. Boost your energy levels and improve gut health with dietary interventions. Maintain a healthy weight.
You are going through significant physical and emotional changes, and in the midst of the madness of being a new parent, it’s natural to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and even a little bit lonely. With a million new responsibilities, it’s likely the last thing on your mind is cooking a nourishing meal and eating it hot.
A woman’s body goes through some radical changes in a short period of time. Fertility, conception, pregnancy, and delivering a baby — whether by C-section or vaginally — is hard, hard, hard. Postpartum, a woman’s body hurts … everywhere. The exhaustion is real. Hormone fluctuations cause everything from baby blues to postpartum depression. Women experience constipation, urinary incontinence, postpartum thyroiditis, blood glucose swings and more.
A nutrition plan developed by a Certified Pregnancy Postpartum Nutritionist can be an integral part of recovery after birth and your post delivery wellness. Together, with an expert postpartum nutrition counselor on our team, we will create an individualized eating plan that will support your postpartum healing. We’ll give you tips to enjoy nutrient-packed, easy-to-manage meals. We will empower you with the tools you need to make food choices that will help improve your energy levels, help you sleep better (even if it is in snippets while the baby sleeps), boost your breast milk production, and feel like you again.
Keeping your body healthy is the best way to support your baby’s health as well. An individualized postpartum diet plan will give you the confidence to choose the best, healthiest foods for wellness and, eventually, lose your pregnancy weight and reach a healthy postpartum weight. Our team of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists is here for you — to create the best diet plan for you and your baby.

Feel empowered to make the best nutrition choices to support healthy fertility, pregnancy and postnatal wellness. Optimize you and your developing baby's health.
A woman’s nutritional needs are so unique. Exhaustion, the baby blues and postpartum depression, breastfeeding challenges and more are all a significant part of a woman’s postnatal experience. Postpartum nutrition plans can help! We find that a minimum of three sessions are typically needed for optimal results. That said, because of the body’s changing needs postpartum, while breastfeeding, and that first year after having a baby, we offer an array of discounted services, which includes access to meal plans, follow-up appointments and more.
Therefore, we offer a discounted package of 3-sessions. This package has a total value of $495. Grab it for $395. We will customize the session spacing for your needs, but the typical spacing is 3 – 4 weeks between sessions. Sessions must be used within 6 months.

Don’t be fooled by the name. “Nutritionist” is not a professional title. Only a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) meets rigorous academic requirements with clinical training, holding a degree from an accredited university.
