During fertility, prenatal, and postpartum healing, every woman’s nutritional needs are unique. We find that a minimum of three sessions are typically needed for optimal results (depending on the stage of pregnancy). That said, because of the body’s changing needs from pre-conception health to the first trimester to postnatal healing, we offer an array of discounted services. We will customize the session spacing for your needs, but the typical spacing during pregnancy is 2 – 3 weeks between sessions. Sessions must be used within 6 months.

Our RDNs stay informed of guidelines set by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to provide our patients with expert nutrition counseling for their fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum health.
