During fertility and pregnancy, every woman’s nutritional needs are unique. We find that a minimum of three sessions are typically needed for optimal results. That said, because of the body’s changing needs from before conception through postpartum healing, we offer an array of discounted services, which include access to meal plans, follow-up appointments, and more. We will customize the session spacing for your needs, but the typical spacing during is 2 – 3 weeks between sessions. Sessions must be used within 6 months.
