What foods are best for breastfeeding? Can you prepare your body before birth for breastfeeding? How many calories should you be eating to support breastfeeding? Does it matter if you’re breastfeeding one child or twins? Who has the time to worry about meals?
As a new mom, finding time to eat is hard. Enjoying nutrient-rich meals probably sounds like a dream. And if you’re dealing with food sensitivities, allergies, special diets, and colicky babies, choosing foods can be intimidating and overwhelming. Our expert dietitian nutritionists use evidence-based research and experience to address your individual needs.
We also work with vegetarian and vegan moms and provide nutrition guidelines and help resolve breastfeeding concerns. Each parent’s journey is unique, and we are here to support you to make it the healthiest, easiest it can be. Nutrition is a key piece of postpartum health and breastfeeding success. Working with a Certified Lactation Nutritionist can give you the support, and information, you need to empower you to make the right choices for you and your baby whether you want to breastfeed exclusively, combine breastfeeding and pumping, or or combine breastfeeding and formula feeding.
Good nutrition practices implemented early in life can last a lifetime (this includes the variety of nutrients and flavors a baby receives while breastfeeding). Together, we will work to develop an individualized diet plan that addresses you and your baby’s breastfeeding needs including: vegetarian and vegan moms, food sensitivities or allergies, if you need supplements or not, and more. And, we make it practical. Easy-to-follow meal plans, grocery lists, and food prep so that you spend more time cuddling your baby than in the kitchen.

A woman’s nutritional needs are so unique. Whether you’re preparing for breastfeeding, are breastfeeding or breastfeeding & bottle feeding, have a single child or multiple-birth, all while healing postpartum, getting the nutrition you need can be a challenge. We find that a minimum of three sessions are typically needed for optimal results. That said, because of the body’s changing needs postpartum, while breastfeeding, and that first year after having a baby, we offer an array of discounted services, which includes access to meal plans, follow-up appointments and more.
Therefore, we offer a discounted package of 3-sessions. This package has a total value of $495. Grab it for $395. We will customize the session spacing for your needs, but the typical spacing is 3 – 4 weeks between sessions. Sessions must be used within 6 months.
